INVOICE TERMS

Terms of Agreement for Three Ten Media. By accepting this invoice, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.

1. Services Provided: Three Ten Media will provide video production services as agreed upon in the invoice. This includes pre-production, production, and post-production services as necessary.

2. Payment: The total cost of the services provided will be specified in the invoice. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date with the exception of Deposit invoices. Deposit Invoices are to be paid before

   the start of Production. Late payments may result in additional fees.

3. Ownership and Usage Rights: Three Ten Media retains ownership of all raw footage, unless otherwise agreed. The final video product will be owned by the client. Three Ten Media reserves the right to use the

   final video for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

4. Liability: Three Ten Media is not liable for any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from the client's use of the final video. The client is responsible for ensuring that the final video

   complies with any relevant laws or regulations.

5. Confidentiality: Three Ten Media agrees to keep all information provided by the client confidential, and will not disclose any information to third parties without the client's permission.
